I founded Holywell Childcare in 2003 with the support of my husband, David, and my late father, Noel Massey. Having worked closely with my father and my sister, Katrina, as a director in a residential and nursing home, I gained invaluable insights into what makes a caring environment thrive. Those experiences shaped my vision for Holywell Childcare—a family-run setting rooted in exceptional service, a dedicated team, and the highest quality of care.
Over the past 21 years, I've developed a deep appreciation for how essential a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment is for babies and young children to reach their full potential. As a mother of two and a proud grandmother, I know firsthand the importance of creating a space where every child feels secure, valued, and encouraged to explore.Leading Holywell Childcare has been one of my greatest achievements, made all the more meaningful by our remarkable team.
Together, we share over 130 years of continuous service at Holywell Childcare and consider ourselves more than just colleagues—we’re a family. United in our dedication, we support each child’s unique journey and one another every step of the way.
Staff are always very friendly and approachable, having CCTV helps to know your children are in a safe environment. Staff have been brilliant helping my two children settle in.
Holywell Child Care is the best nursery my daughter has been to. She has developed in so many ways. The staff are always happy and very welcoming. They take so much interest with all the children at nursery. I am really happy and impressed with the nursery and my daughter loves coming to nursery. 100% recommendation, I wouldn't take her to another nursery.
We love the nursery Thomas is always happy and staff are always approachable. The baby room is a fantastic environment and has brought my son on so much with walking, eating and his baby talk. Wouldn't send him anywhere else.
